This is a 3 day event at the Menards Events and Sports Center in Wasilla. Move in day is Thursday July 2nd from 10:00 AM to 8:00PM. Show starts Friday July 3rd at 4:00PM to 8:00PM. Continues on Saturday July 4th from 10:00AM to 8:00PM and closing day Sunday July 5th from 10:00AM to 4:00PM all cars must vacate by 6:00PM Sunday.
There will be a carnival and food wagons and on Saturday a Parade and Mayors Picnic.

We are setting up a pre-registration to help limit contact and still be able to have our show. Just contact us with the make, model and year of your car and your name, phone or email either through messenger or our email ak49statestreetrodders@gmail.com.. I will send you a confirmation that you are registered. As I said this is to save standing around at the booth and to many people handeling the clip board. If you don't get a chance to pre register or decide to show at the last minute you still can register at the show.

We have food trucks scheduled to attend and O'Reilly's is providing some beautifyl tropehies. Weather looks like it is going to warm and gorgeous.

Please Social distance, wear face masks and avoid hand shakes. Remember many of our members are classics like their cars and we want to protect them too.

The Car Show is not part of community appreciation day as in the past. This year because of the Pandemic and guide lines on gatherings there will only be the Food Trucks. This is a 49th State Street Rodders Event. Show-N-Shine at the Sutton Alpine Historical Society this weekend Saturday July 18th at mile 61.6 on the Glenn Hwy from 11:00am to 3:00pm. It will be a little different this year in that they will not be having their fund raising baked goods auction as in the past because of the pandemic. We will have Caramels for College and Northern Sno shaved ice so there will be treats.

We are still pre registering since it has worked so well. Just message or reply with your name, make model and year of you car and phone or email address.

Hopefully the weather will work with us like last week and we will have a great show.

This is a 49th State Street Rodders Event. There will be trophies but I am sorry this year I couldn't get a food truck that was available. This coming Saturday July 25th from 11:00am to 3:00pm is the car show at Alyeska Tire on the Palmer Wasilla Hwy. Weather report says partial clouds, 68 degrees and only a 20% chance of rain. So far we have been blessed and Mother Nature has not rained on our shows. Thank you! We will have beautiful trophies as usual but unfortunately I was unable to get a food truck to be able to attend so if you are showing a car bring a picnic lunch if you think you will get hungry. Alyeska Tire does have a vending machine inside with drinks and snacks. I hope to see many of you there we only have 2 more scheduled shows after this our Hot Summer Nights in downtown Palmer August 8th and our annual "Freedom Flag Run" September 5th. There is a possibility of one other make up show from May but don't have anything firm on that yet.
As I have been doing please pre register. It really makes things go smoother and quickly checking in and getting your number. If you are worried you may not make it so don't want to pre register, register anyway if you don't make it I only have to toss a piece of paper.
Please remember as usual that our owners are classics like their cars so please social distance, avoid hand shakes and wear face coverings if you can.
