Well I am excited to say it is that time of year again for summer car shows and I am happy to announce that our first car show of the season courtesy of the City of Palmer and the Palmer City Council will be our annual “Valley Chrome and Wheel Car Show” May 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th at the MTA Event Center and Ice Rink at 1317 S. Kerry Weiland Way, across from Palmer Middle School in downtown Palmer.  You can pre-register by DM or e-mail through our website 49^thstatestreetrodders.org.  Staging will begin Thursday May 2^nd from 11:00am to 8:00pm.  Show will start Friday May 3^rd at 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturday May 4^th 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday May 5^th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.  There will be 12 class trophies and a People’s Choice and Mayors Choice Award.  At the moment we have Sea Garden Food Truck scheduled to be at the show on Saturday.  As Always, our shows are free to attend and free to enter but since we are inside we have a limited amount of space so pre-register early.
