Well, we had our last car show of the season yesterday. Our Annual “Freedom Flag Run” 9/11 Memorial Car Show. This summer sure went fast. You wait and wait for May and the shows to start and you turn around and it’s September and it is all over. We had a nice show yesterday even with it being overcast, threatening to rain, chilly in the 50’s and a slight breeze. Had a good turnout though with 36 vehicles registered. Exquisite Urban Tastes was the food truck on hand serving their new expanded menu. Seen a line when I looked down so people must have been enjoying their eats. We shut down an hour early because of weather and just beat the rain. Out winners were, 3rd Place People’s Choice a 1987 Buick Grand National, 2nd Place People’s Choice a 2023 Camaro and 1st Place People’s Choice a 1969 el Camino. Well, I guess this is the last 2025 49th State Street Rodders Car Show post. Write you again in the spring. Enjoy your Fall and Winter. Eileen
