DESCRIPTION:Come on out and join us for our 1st Annual Presbyterian Hospitality House Car Show on Friday June 26th from 11:00am to 3:00pm at 3700 E. Bogard Rd. Wasilla\, AK. (Old Boys & Girls Club building) This is a different address from the schedule and previous advertising. We had to change locations due to size allowances by the City of Wasilla. We have plenty of room for vehicles at this new location. If you are coming from Wasilla on Bogard it is just past Seward Maridian on the right side second driveway. From Palmer it is right before the light. They have a purple PHH sign.  They will be doing hot dogs. \n\n\n\nPresbyterian Hospitality House is a Team dedicated to helping children and families\, fostering a brighter future for Alaskan youth. It provides mental and behavioral treatment while providing the framework to help youth become healthy adults. \n\n\n\nAs always all 49th State Street Rodders events it is free to attend and free to show but you must register your vehicle and you must be present to win.  So rain or shine\, preferably shine\, we will be there so come and join us.

DESCRIPTION:Summer is moving along fast\, and it is time for the 49th State Street Rodders Annual “Valley Trash” Show & Shine Car Show at the Sutton Alpine Historical Society this coming Saturday July 19\, 2026\, from 11:00am to 3:00pm.  At 643 Daron Rd. Sutton\, AK. Chickaloon Mile 61.6 North Glenn Hwy.  The Historical Society will have a Dessert Auction to raise money for the park. They are repairing and extending all the walkway in the park and the grant money didn’t quite cover the cost.  They are considerably short so any money we raise with the auction will be greatly appreciated.  There will be hamburgers and hotdogs for donation too. There will be 1st 2nd and 3rd place People’s Choice Trophies.  So come on out and enjoy the day with us and bring your car and maybe even a dessert to auction and help raise money for the Sutton Alpine Historical Society.  As with all of the 49th State Street Rodders Car Shows admission is FREE and it is FREE to show your vehicle\, but you MUST be present to win and we will be there rain or shine so we hope to see you. \n\n\n\nThe dessert auction is the sweetest part of the day!  (Please bring cash to buy).  Flowers (bouquets also welcome).

DESCRIPTION:It’s time for the Hot Summer Nights Car Show in Downtown Palmer.  Saturday August 8th\, 2026\, from 5pm to 9pm.  According to the 7-day forecast it looks like it will be warm in the low 70’s with a 30 percent chance of rain so that probably means cloudy.  Exquisite Urban Tastes and Pizza Peddler are the scheduled Food Truck that will be there to help feed the hungry crowd as well as all the many fine restaurants on S. Colony Way in downtown Palmer.  If we have a large turnout\, (last year we had 115 registered vehicles) and even though it is not mandatory I would strongly recommend that you pre-register your vehicle.  It will save a lot of time in line.  Just DM or Email your name\, contact number and vehicle description and we will do the paperwork.  We will have a designated line for pre-registration.  So all you have to do is pick up your vehicle ID card.  As with all of our shows you must register your vehicle so we can have an accurate record of participation. You don’t need to be signed up for voting for People’s Choice so if you don’t want votes just let me know and I won’t put a number on your ID Card.  Remember it is always FREE to enter and FREE to attend so don’t let any scammers get you.  Rain or shine we will be there so we hope to see you there also.

SUMMARY:CANCELED     "Valley Country Store #3" Car Show
DESCRIPTION:So sorry to have to report that the 49th State Street Rodders and Valley Country Store # 3 are going to have to cancel this year’s “Valley Country Store #3” car show on August 22nd because of construction on the roundabout at the corner.  They have had to dig up the grassy area that we parked a good number of the cars in last year and they are just hydro seeding it\, so it won’t be ready in time.  We would be limited to 22 vehicles max to show and cannot control that limit at this location.  Last year we were lucky enough to have a great show and over 60 vehicles.  We are all very sorry to have to cancel and look forward to having a great show next year.

DESCRIPTION:The 49th State Street Rodders Proudly present our annual 9/11 Memorial \n\n\n\nCar Show the “Freedom Flag Run”. Saturday\, September 5th\, 2026.  I can’t believe the summer car show season is over already.  Seems like it just began. Our last show of the season will run as usual with everyone who wishes meeting up at Wasilla High School around 10:00 AM and decorating their cars with flags and other memorabilia. Then around 11:00 AM they will cruise over to Alaska Raceway Park taking a detour along the way off of Bogard Road down E. Palmer Moose Dr. to Hemmer to drive through the parking lots of both Tranquility Manor Assisted Living and Maple Springs. Then back on Hemmer to E. Palmer Moose Dr. to return to Bogard to come out to the racetrack\, 5599 S. Race Way for the Car Show from noon to 4:00PM. \n\n\n\nAs with any of our bigger car shows pre-registration helps a lot in making the registration line move fast. Just email or DM me and let me know your name\, make\, model\, and year. If you are not a 49th State Street Rodders club member don’t forget a contact number.  And remember ALL 49th State Street Rodders Car Shows are FREE to ATTEND and FREE to ENTER so don’t get scammed.
