DESCRIPTION:The 49th State Street Rodders Proudly present our annual 9/11 Memorial \n\n\n\nCar Show the “Freedom Flag Run”. Saturday\, September 7th\, 2024.  I can’t believe the summer car show season is over already.  Seems like it just began. Our show will run as usual with everyone who wishes meeting up at Wasilla High School around 10:00 AM and decorating their cars with flags and other memorabilia. Then around 11:00 AM they will cruise over to Alaska Raceway Park taking a detour along the way off of Bogard Road down Hemmer to drive through the parking lots of both Tranquility Manor Assisted Living and Maple Springs. Then back on Hemmer to Bogard to come out to the racetrack\, 5599 S. Race Way for the Car Show from noon to 4:00PM. \n\n\n\nAs with any of our bigger car shows pre-registration helps a lot in making the registration line move fast. Just email or DM me and let me know your name\, make\, model\, and year. If you are not a 49th State Street Rodders club member don’t forget a contact number. \n\n\n\nExquisite Urban Tastes will be the food trucks serving their tasty food.  \n\n\n\nAs with all of our shows it is free to participate and free to attend.  If you don’t want a voting number\, you don’t need to have one\, but you Must register if you bring a vehicle to show. DESCRIPTION:Summer is moving along fast\, and it is time for the 49th State Street Rodders annual “Valley Trash” Show & Shine Car Show at the Sutton Historical Society this coming Saturday July 27\, 2024\, from 11:00am to 3:00pm.  At 643 Daron Rd. Sutton\, AK. Chickaloon Mile 61.6 North Glenn Hwy.  The Historical Society will have a Dessert Auction to raise money for upkeep of the park and hamburgers and hotdogs for donation.  As well as the beautiful vehicles we normally have at our show Vernon L. Nash Auto Club’s “Adventure Before Dementia” Tour will have a dozen or so cars attending from Fairbanks. This year instead of our regular 1st\, 2nd and 3rd trophies we have Best in Show\, Survivor Class\, for those vehicles original and not modified and we have Orphan Class for those vehicles that are no longer made.  We also have a trophy for “Came the Farthest”. So come on out and enjoy the day with us and help raise money for the historical society.  As of this posting the weather app says it will be in the mid 60’s and partly cloudy.  As with all of the 49th State Street Rodders Car Shows admission is free and it is free to show your vehicle\, you MUST be present to win\, and we will be there rain or shine. \n\n\n\n SUTTON ALPINE HISTORICAL CENTER “VALLEY TRASH” SHOW & SHINE CAR SHOW \n\n\n\n643 Daron Rd. DESCRIPTION:We finally have an update to our Memorial Day Car Show event on May 27\, 2024. It will be held at the Anchorage VA Medical Center at 1201 N Muldoon Rd. The event begins at 12 noon and ends at 4 pm. If folks would like to register their car for the car show\, Registration is from noon to 2:00pm for parking and staging. The registration ‘fee’ is 2 cans of non perishable food or 2 packages of non perishable items like diapers or tp. There will be activities for children\, food trucks\, and 1st\, 2nd and 3rd place People’s Choice awards. The Honor Flight will be there and there will be an Honor Guard ceremony as well as a booth for the Armed Services YMCA for food donations. The VA will also have a booth with information. We are hoping for NO RAIN and expecting a good turnout and a good time. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe hope to see you there.

DESCRIPTION:This coming weekend is the 49th State Street Rodders annual car show at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Palmer. Come on out for a day of fun in Palmer\, Alaska. Saturday May 25th\, 2024\, from 11am to 3pm in downtown Palmer right along the Glenn Hwy. 401 Glacier View Ave. Alaska’s Best Gourmet Dogs and Sea Garden are the food trucks that are scheduled to be there.  O’Reilly has some trophies to award and there will be lots of beautiful cars to enjoy so come on by. As always with 49th State Street Rodders Car Shows admission and participation is free but you must register your vehicle even if you don’t want anyone to vote for you and you must be present to win.  Our shows are Rain or Shine\, and we are hoping the weather will be nice like this past weekend.  Hope to see you there.

DESCRIPTION:The 49th State Street Rodders present “Klassic Kruz” Car Show and Swap Meet May 11th\, 2024.  Come Kruz with us. Meet up at the Fred Meyer store in Eagle River in the parking lot around 10:30 and cruise out to Alaska Raceway Park for the Car Show. Should be leaving Fred Meyer at around 11:00am. If you don’t want to cruise but just show your vehicle and attend the Swap Meet the car show starts at Noon and runs to 4:00pm. There is no food truck for the show at this time so pack a snack if you think you will get peckish. 49th State Street Rodders Car Shows admission and participation is free\, but you must be present to win a trophy. SUMMARY:MTA Valley Chrome & Wheel Show & Shine
DESCRIPTION:Well I am excited to say it is that time of year again for summer car shows and I am happy to announce that our first car show of the season courtesy of the City of Palmer and the Palmer City Council will be our annual “Valley Chrome and Wheel Car Show” May 3rd\, 4th\, and 5th at the MTA Event Center and Ice Rink at 1317 S. Kerry Weiland Way\, across from Palmer Middle School in downtown Palmer.  You can pre-register by DM or e-mail through our website 49thstatestreetrodders.org.  Staging will begin Thursday May 2nd from 11:00am to 8:00pm.  Show will start Friday May 3rd at 4:00pm to 8:00pm\, Saturday May 4th 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday May 5th from 10:00am to 4:00pm.  There will be 12 class trophies and a People’s Choice and Mayors Choice Award.  At the moment we have Sea Garden Food Truck scheduled to be at the show on Saturday.  As Always\, our shows are free to attend and free to enter but since we are inside we have a limited amount of space so pre-register early. \n\n\n\nSo\, come on out and spend a beautiful weekend checking out the car show and all the great things that are happening in Palmer that weekend.
